New Shows, Season Premieres, and ABC is kicking some serious ASS!

Ok ... so first thing is first.. if you're planning on watching any of the following shows, but have not yet, DO NOT read ahead. I am going to express my thoughts on the new shows and season premieres and I don't want to spoil a thing for you ... so reader be aware....
  • Grey's Anatomy
  • Flash Forward
  • NCIS
  • NCIS:  Los Angeles
  • Gossip Girl
  • Glee (not a premiere, but worth a mention)
  • Drop Dead Diva  (not a premiere, but worth a mention, or two)
  • Fringe (not the official premiere, but still fairly new)
  • Heroes
  • CSI: NY
------------ YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ----------------

Ok ... so let's start with Gossip Girl... I have to say that I felt like there was no point in producing an episode to show they graduated. It's still the same bullshit drama, just this time, they "have a clean slate." I personally don't believe that, but so far it is proving to be true. Blair is now the underdog and Humphrey is the King Tut of college. Everyone likes him and no one cares for Blair. Serena needs to stop being a divabitch (yeah... I made that word... ) and get over her fatherly abandonment issues. He wasn't around for your first 18 years of life, so why the hell do you suddenly care? You ruined your potential future at Berkly (? - I kind of forgot where she is supposed to go) and furthermore ruin Chuck's actual chance of doing something with his life? OMFG ... you're an ultimate DIVABITCH!

As for little Mr. "Tagalong, I'm an abandoned child and I want to be a Humphrey"... get over yourself and stop being such a creeper! Come out of your little closet and fess up! You're a grown man, now in college! Go some f'in balls and man up to your father. He didn't know about you and wanted to find you and you've wanted to know of him since your childhood. Spare us the drama and just tell him already. Ugh!

MOVING ON .... to NCIS ... The season premiere was quite confusing until we got to the end and then I was touched. I am happy to see that Zeva (sp?) is still alive and I was touched to see how the whole team came together to get her back onto US soil. The upcoming episode preview, it shows she has a grudge with DiNozo (sp?) and they somewhat brawl it out. Quite frankly, she needs to get over herself and her two-timing lover who, need I remind you, is dead! Kiss kiss and make up and get back to solving Naval crimes! :)

As for NCIS: LOS ANGELES, all I'm going to say is Chris O'Donnell and LL Cool J ....YUMMMM! The show itself was ok. I figured it out, in all honesty, within the first 1/2 hour. But to see hottie mc hottie, COD ... I'd watch it just for that. Guarantee me a shirtless scene in every episode and I'm hooked. Maybe put him and LL together in that scene, and I'll sign in blood! :) YUMMMMMMMM!

So as for Heroes, I found it to be interesting. Nothing riveting, but considering this is the 4th or 5th season, I wasn't expecting there to be a twist. The fact that Syler is now posing as Nathan is quite interesting, but that's about it. I was intrigued to see everyone, like Peter and Claire, trying to live a normal life. I am interested to see how Claire's episode of jumping out of her dorm room and her college mate witness it, plays out. I'm looking forward to the next episode.

CSI: NY was interesting as well. Hottie McItalian Sausage in my mouth, Danny, is in a wheel chair! Lost his legs because of the shoot-out at the bar? Interesting enough, he is the only one who sustained any damage. The team is back and kicking crime nice and hard in its ass! The fact that Greek girl, Stella, slept with the widerbeast lab boy is a bit disturbing, but whatever. She's a ho! (j/k) I am curious to see if Danny boy gets back on his feet. They left us hanging and making us think it's going to happen. I can definitely get him on his feet, if they'd let me take a lick look at him. ;)

Fringe started back quite interesting with Olivia crashing in from another dimension. I was curious as to her whereabouts and then WHOOP there she is! LOL -- I am also intrigued by the mysterious man with the back room and the typewriter. I want to believe that he's from the dimension that Olivia just visited and he has to force her to remember everything she was told, since she's the "key" to everyone's lives. I am even more intrigued that they technically killed off Charlie Francis, Olivia's partner. Now that we know that Charlie is actually the creeper man from the other dimension, the twist has been planted. I can't wait for the next episode!

As for Glee, you all know I love the show. I was having second thoughts after last week's episode, but this week pulled me right back in! The whole skit with the football team doing Single Ladies made me piss my pants. Now if only they were wearing some black leotards! :( --- anyway.. I am loving it and I am loving the girl who plays Rachel, Lea Michele. She has an AMAZING voice and I really wish she'd release a CD. I've downloaded her spin on Taking Chances from iTunes... just amazing! I wish I could join the cast! LOVE IT!

Moving onto Drop Dead Diva ... The show is brilliant. I am loving every episode. I was surprised, and yet not, to see her guardian angel boy, Fred, to return. I think it sucks that he gave up his immortality to be with Stacey and it sucks even more that she decided to ask out his job replacement guy who actually gets fired because Fred takes back his job, but that's life, I guess. Jane is always never ceasing to kick some ass in court and I truly love her character over all. Not to mention Margaret Cho... She plays Jane's assistance. She adds the comic relief that is sometimes needed.

Now ... as for tonight...  Flash Forward premiered tonight. I was quite amazed. I can safely say that I am hooked. It's a very interesting concept and the reveal at the end with the one guy who was conscious while everyone else in the world wasn't... that totally hooked me! It's basically a crossover of Grey's Anatomy/ER with Fringe. I am really looking forward to see where this show takes us!

Finally, Grey's Anatomy... be prepared to cry, for those who didn't see it and decided to read to the end of this post. It is confirmed that John Doe is in fact George. He sadly dies and everyone has to deal with his death. As I watched one person deal with his death and started to cry and get over it, someone else came on and started me up all over again. It's crazy that I'm so into this show that it really brought me to tears, like he was a brother or something, but either way, I was choking up ever second watching the show. They truly had a good opening season premiere and yet again I am hooked. I have to say that I wanted to punch Christina in the face. Calling a patient Cerviche!? What the *uck? She's such an inconsiderate bitch at times, but I guess that is what makes her, her. At the end, after relieving herself with sex, she finally copes with George's death? Grab a dildo like everyone else, shove it up your va-jay-jay and get over yourself!

Speaking of va-jay-jay (if you watch the show, you'd totally get this), I felt so bad for Dr. Bailey. The poor woman has been through so much and George's death really hit her like it was her own son, but she has to woman up and come to the conclusion that he is not and she has to stop getting so involved. The poor thing! I seriously wanted to hug her and say "just cry Dr. Bailey, let it out and cry."

As for the merger of Mercy West and Seattle Grace ... that is rather f'ed up as well. Times are tough and the last thing anyone needs, whether reality or not, is layoffs in a hospital. Will the people of Seattle (or even in the real world) get the treatment they need with such short staff? In tonight's episode, there was a mother with her only son in the ER. They needed to take a 3D MRI of the kid, but because it costs $5000, the chief wouldn't allow it (dick!). First off, why does anything medical cost money... I know it's a crazy thought, but things like this shouldn't cost anyone anything. You're playing god here... it's a matter of life and death. If the lezzy doctor didn't send him to another hospital to get it done, they would've never realized what the problem was. Thank god she cares more about the patient's life than the corporate politics that go on! Ugh! anyway...

Ok ... so I am done ranting and raving about the shows. Tomorrow (well technically later tonight) is the premiere of Dollhouse, Ghost Whisperer, and Numbers... can't wait! :) :)

Oh ... and  PS: sorry for the long ass blog entry .. there was a lot to talk about!
